Service agreement
Build responsibly.
The essential rules for operating voice experiences on VaaniTalk. Last updated 12 August 2026.
Service and launch access
These terms govern access to the VaaniTalk platform. Controlled-launch features, capacity and commercial terms may also be described in an order form; an executed order form controls if it conflicts with this page.
Accounts and security
Provide accurate account information, keep credentials confidential and promptly report suspected misuse. You are responsible for activity performed through your workspace, API keys and connected provider accounts.
Your providers and costs
VaaniTalk uses the language, speech, telephony and other providers you choose. Unless an order form expressly says otherwise, you contract with and pay those providers directly, and their terms also apply.
Lawful and acceptable use
Do not use VaaniTalk for fraud, harassment, impersonation, unlawful surveillance, spam, rights violations, evasion of safety controls or any communication prohibited in the place where it is made or received.
Consent and telecom compliance
You must obtain and document every consent, notice and lawful basis required for automated calls, AI interaction, caller identification, recording and data processing. You must honour opt-outs, suppression lists and calling-hour restrictions.
Customer content
You retain rights in content and configurations you submit. You grant VaaniTalk the limited permission needed to host, transmit and process that content to operate, secure and support the service.
Availability and changes
Voice systems depend on networks and third-party providers. We work to operate the service reliably but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Preview and controlled-launch functions may change as they mature.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict access needed to address security, legal, abuse or payment risks. You may stop using the service at any time; data export or deletion requests remain subject to applicable law and agreed retention requirements.
