Privacy, in plain language.
How VaaniTalk handles the information needed to run your voice operations. Last updated 12 August 2026.
Account and workspace information
We process identifiers, contact details, launch-access requests, authentication events, workspace settings and support communications needed to provide and secure VaaniTalk.
Call and workflow data
Depending on workspace settings, we process prompts, call metadata, transcripts, recordings, tool inputs and outcomes. Customers decide what their agents collect and are responsible for providing required notices.
Connected providers
When you connect language, speech, telephony or business-service providers, relevant requests and call data are transmitted to those providers to perform your instructions. Their privacy terms govern their own processing.
How information is used
We use information to operate calls and workflows, authenticate users, prevent abuse, troubleshoot, support customers, understand service performance and meet legal obligations. We do not sell customer call content.
Customer and VaaniTalk roles
For call content submitted through a customer workspace, the customer generally determines the purpose of processing and VaaniTalk acts on its instructions. VaaniTalk separately controls account, security and service-administration information.
Storage, retention and deletion
Information is retained for the period needed to provide the service, meet agreed retention settings and satisfy security or legal requirements. Workspace owners may request export or deletion, subject to backups and lawful retention duties.
Security and access
We use technical and organizational safeguards intended to limit unauthorized access. No internet service is risk-free; customers should restrict permissions, rotate keys and avoid placing unnecessary sensitive information in prompts or calls.
Your requests
You may request access, correction, export or deletion of personal information where applicable. We may need to verify identity and, for call data, coordinate the request with the customer that operates the relevant workspace.
